About SSSMCOA

Shree Siddheshwar Shikshan Mandal’s College of Architecture (SSSMCOA), Solapur was established in the year 1992. The College of Architecture had its humble origin at the sacred temple of Lord Siddheshwar in 1993. Today the College has grown up and established itself with its own building at Ujjani colony, Solapur.

The College is approved by the Council of Architecture (COA), Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Government of Maharashtra, and is affiliated with Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Solapur University (PAHSUS). The institute, running a full-time 5-year B. Arch degree course, is regulated by a team of well-qualified and dedicated faculties which includes practicing architects, engineers, and Allied field experts.

The infrastructure includes 5 Studios, 3 Lecture rooms all equipped with LCD projectors, Material Museum, Permanent Exhibition Space, Workshops, Survey Lab, limatology Lab, Computer Lab, Exam Room, Well Equipped Digital and Conventional Library, Reprography Room, Sports Grounds for Various Sports, Security System. The infrastructure facilities also include Toilets for Physically Disabled, Lift, Fire Fighting System, R O Drinking Water and CCTV Surveillance.

Actual site visits and case studies are carried out for various subjects. Faculty accompany the students for guidance. Architectural study tours are planned to various national destinations.

Our Management is the backbone of our institution and have been standing firmly with us in all situations by guiding and sanctioning various development activities for our institution to reach greater heights.
